The tour includes one-on-one tuition from a dedicated yoga instructor for daily classes as well as entry to national parks and white-water rafting on the Nile.

1
Arrival at Entebbe airport. Our Representative awaits you. Pick up and transfer to your accommodation in Kampala for overnight.

2
After a hearty breakfast we drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking. This is a 3 hours drive. It is the perfect time to get to know your fellow yogis and interact with your instructor. After Rhino tracking we drive to your accommodation in Murchison falls national park for overnight. After settling into your rooms, we gather for a restorative yoga session that is approximately one hour long.

Have an early morning game drive in the park to spot animals hunt their breakfast. Have a
hearty breakfast and relax at the lodge. In the afternoon we go for a boat trip on the Victoria Nile that takes you to the bottom of the falls. We will meet again for sunset yoga followed by silent meditation under the stars ending the day with a nutritious dinner.

4
We start the day with yet another beautiful sunrise yoga session. After breakfast, we check out of the lodge. Have a lazy game drive on our way out of the national park as we drive towards Lira. Lira is the largest town in northern Uganda. We stop by a local restaurant for Northern Uganda cuisine experience. Later we drive to your hotel for overnight. At Sunset we meet again for another yoga session. Later we have a buffet for dinner

5
After breakfast we drive to Sipi falls the beautiful landscape right at the foot of Mount Elgon. The area is excluded thus the perfect place for silent meditation and reflection. Have a healthy lunch at the lodge. Later we make a walk to visit the three waterfalls that make the area so popular.We will meet for an evening yoga session and later we come together for a feast.

6
We start the day with another beautiful sunrise yoga session. After a relaxed breakfast we drive to Jinja town, home to the source of the Nile. In the afternoon we take a boat to visit the source of the Nile. We retire at the lodge to dress up for dinner at Jinja Sailing club, a fancy restaurant right at Lake Victoria’s shore.

In the morning, we transfer to a serene environment by the Nile for a morning Yoga session.
After breakfast we go for half day white water rafting. Later we drive to Kampala for overnight. In the evening we go for Kampala pub crawl to discover and experience Kampala’s night life

We have an early morning yoga session at a yoga studio in Kampala. Later we drive to Entebbe for your departure flight. We can have a city tour or visit the botanical gardens in Entebbe if time allows
